Technical support is available to all MTCC students and faculty 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
There are three (3) ways to get technical support:
NEW STUDENTS: Please activate your mcdowell email account, by following the following steps this is how your instructor will be contacting you.
You will be unable to change your email in Bb, please check the MTCC email assigned to you.
All students on Bb have an email account @go.mcdowelltech.edu please utilize this email.
Type in the URL: www.mcdowelltech.edu
Click Gmail Icon: (located i the upper right corner of the home page) Or type: www.google.com/a/go.mcdowelltech.edu
Click in the Username box: First Letter of First Name / First Letter of Middle Name / Last Name and the Last two digits of your Student ID.
Click in Password: Is your student ID adding preceding 00s, has to be 8 digits.
Example: Jane Mary Donavan | Student ID 123456 User: jmdonavan56 Pass: 00123456
Click the characters you see in the picture below box Click Accept A security question appears asking you to type in your cell phone, you can place one in the box or you can skip this step.
There is an icon with 9 small squares in the top right corner of the screen click the squares then click "Mail" to see your inbox.
